Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
Teaching Duties 教师职责:
1 Facilitate activities and tasks for homeroom teachers to perform with students which reflect IEP programme goals and mission.
与其他班主任一起促进学生活动和任务,以反映 IEP 课程目标与使命。
2 Weekly meeting with all homeroom teachers to work on improving the quality of activities and tasks while in the classroom.
参与每周班主任例会,努力提高课堂教学活动质量。
3 Work with homeroom teachers on coming up with solutions to better improve students learning. 与其他班主任合作提出解决方案以更好地提高学生的学习
4 Facilitate topics to bring up in homeroom class which will further develop students holistically.
促进班会主题,进一步全面培养学生。
5 Active participation in all school mandated (SCNUFL, IEP, IB) training, workshop, and other
professional development activities.
积极参加所有学校指派的(全校性、IEP、IB)培训,工作坊和其他专业发展活动
6 Active implementation of IB and IEP philosophy of education, IB teaching practices, student-
centered and constructive approaches to IEP classroom management and instruction.
积极实施 IB 和 IEP 教育理念,IB 教育实践,以学生为中心的、建设性的 IEP 教室管理方法
7 Create, design, maintain, and frequently update an active, supporting classroom environment
that meets IEP and IB MYP standards and requirements.
创建、设计、维护、经常性更新一个满足 IEP 和 IB 中学项目标准和要求的积极、有辅助性的教室环境
8 Development, adaptation, implementation of subject specific curriculum to meet the
educational goals of IEP, IB, and assigned students.
为达到 IEP、IB 和指派学生的教育目标,发展,适应,实施专题课程
9 Development. adaptation, implementation of interdisciplinary curriculum to meet the
educational goals of IEP, IB, and assigned students.

10 Assessment practices that are based on research; creation/adaptation, practices,
implementation, recording of student assessments based on IEP, IB, MYP practices and requirements.
