This position reports to the Finance & Admin Manager. And be responsible for admin for both China and USA businesses which have 30 employees in total.
Responsibilities
HR
• USA entity
1. Support the HR to implement HR policies.
2. Support the process of employees onboarding and offboarding.
3. Be responsible for the attendance management.
• China entity
1. Support the HR to implement HR policies.
2. Support the performance appraisal process.
3. Support the process of employees onboarding and offboarding.
4. Be responsible for the attendance management.
5. Manage the work permit related stuffs for foreign employees.
Admin
• USA entity
1. Renew business licenses and certificates.
2. Manage the relationship with the office leaser.
• China entity
1. Be responsible for reception stuffs.
2. Manage company and clients' seals, archives and keys.
3. Renew business licenses and certificates.
4. Manage the relationship with the office leaser. Manage the office cleaning vendor.
5. Plan and organize events, e.g., outing, Christmas party, annual dinner, birthday party.
6. Be responsible for the office decoration.
7. Maintain a positive office environment and culture.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Good at Chinese.
3. A good planner.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive and self-initiative.
6. Results-driven.
