RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with customers through various channels (Tickets, Community, Email, Etc.)
• Find, investigate, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner with the highest possible quality standards
• Successfully maintain acceptable qualitative and quantitative KPI Scores
• Identify trends and report potentially problematic leanings to technical and management teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• College degree is required
• Open to new graduates, but 1-3 years’ relevant work experience is preferred
• Native English, proficient in Russian or French is a plus
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
• Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation in English
• Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure
• Ability to interpret incomplete or cryptical messages that might be written by English as a second language customers
• Employee must be qualified for signing a contract under the law of the People’s Republic of China
