1. Market research, monthly report about market needs and trends, competitor status, and provide sales & marketing opinions accordingly;
2. Assist the team to formulate and realize sales plans and targets for Tanzania market, share responsibility for market program.
3. Assist the team to calculate country dealer network, make a list for basic database (follow yadea format),
4. Visit Yadea dealers regularly to maintain a good relationships with them, collect feedbacks regularly and report to headquarter in a timely manner so that the headquarters can adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Team collaboration for other issues.
