We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager (CSM) with exceptional qualifications to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess robust interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and proficiency in spoken Chinese. Candidates with a background in computer software, information security, or related fields, particularly those with study abroad experience in China, will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
2.Facilitate seamless software onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support to optimize client utilization and success.
3.Develop and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions effectively.
4.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and engineering teams to advocate for client requirements and expedite issue resolution.
5.Monitor client health metrics and preemptively address potential challenges to ensure sustained client success and retention.
6.Engage in technical discussions with potential clients during the pre-sales phase, conducting Proof of Concept (POC) product technology validations to demonstrate capabilities effectively.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field preferred.
2. Fluent in Arabic and English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Chinese (verbal) is advantageous.
3.Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the software or technology sectors is highly desirable.
4.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client situations with professionalism and efficiency.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interactions.
