To explore high-quality overseas cooperation resources for the group, promote project in overseas markets, enhance project reputation and influence overseas, plan and execute related research projects and activities

Responsibilities:
Promotion
With the ultimate goal of increasing overseas certification institutions for projects, such as AST exams, establish connections with top tier universities, middle level universities, various educational institutions and organizations overseas;
Promote cooperation with overseas universities and facilitate their participation and recognition in projects, including but not limited to: project cooperation invitations, business conversations, agreement negotiations, maintenance management, and other related work;
With the goal of enhancing the brand loyalty, select high-quality overseas public and social media and collaborate with them to enhance their social awareness;
With the goal of enhancing the brand loyalty of existing and potential partners and expanding the influence of projects at home and abroad, invite target overseas universities to participate in educational exhibitions, forums, and other activities;
With the goal of overseas promotion of the project, pay attention to the policy dynamics and hot events of the target partner universities, and respond and maintain interaction in a timely and timely manner based on domestic demand and changes;
With the goal of project overseas promotion, we continuously develop, produce, update, and improve various promotional materials and instrumental materials as favorable tools for project overseas promotion;
Update and maintain the official website, email, and social media account of the project.
Events
Plan and organize a series of online and offline education exhibitions and related activities, including annual public welfare overseas renowned school broadcasting education exhibitions, CEIS project seminars, training conferences, etc;
Plan and carry out a series of student activities to encourage students to participate in interactions with the school and improve of candidate enrollment rate.
Research
Pay attention to and analyze domestic and foreign policy trends, news, hot events, etc. related to the project, collect, organize, and analyze various data for project improvement or upgrading;
Analyze and integrate changes in education policies, literature materials, factual data, etc. both domestically and internationally, and issue and write news and analysis reports based on departmental activities and specific needs;
Track the development and growth of candidates through various channels

Project Administration
Support project activates such as candidate communications, interviews, orientations and etc.
Other tasks assigned by other leaders.

Internal relations:
Collaborate with Ambright (Thomas) School, the Group's Continuing Education Center, Ambassador Year in China, the Quality Promotion Department and etc. to promote project implementation.
External relations:
Educational institutions, universities, promotion organizations.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Passport holders from US, UK, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia (required to obtain Chinese work visa);
Bachelor’s degree or higher (all majors welcome);
Familiar with the education systems of China and European and American countries
Familiar with cross-cultural communication, various international standardized university entrance exams, and enrollment procedures for domestic and foreign universities
Rich experience in event planning and project research
