1. Customer Service department: order entry, CRM system management, sales contract
management, shipping management
2. Sales compliance with company policies
3. BI (business intelligence) system maintenance and expansion of use (Tableau, FX Xiaoke

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in business related study
2. last least 3+ years working experience in the field of processes/analysis related to customer/sales management; at least 1.5 years work experience in China
3. Prefer have China work permit and Chinese language study certificate
4. Fluent/native in English; Working level Chinese/ Mandarin (reading/writing/oral)
5. Proficient in MS Office applications. Quick learner for software solutions (CRM, BI, etc.)
