Jiading, Shanghai//Aug/Sept 2024//K12 IB School Kindergarten Principal & PYP Coordinator Needed in August/Sept 2024 in Jiading district, Shanghai.

Location: Jiading district, Shanghai near Shanghai Automobile City station of line 11 (School shuttle from the downtown on the weekdays)

Starting Date: August/September 2024;
Position: IB Kindergarten Principal&PYP Coordinator;

Description:
1. Students: aged 2-6 years old;
2. Working time: 7:40am to 4:30pm from Monday to Friday;
3. The location of the teaching: Jiading district, Shanghai;
4. Two-year contract;

Package:
1. Monthly salary: open to negotiate ;
2. Housing Allowance: 8000 rmb/month;
3. Paid holiday: 3 days Christmas holiday; 3 weeks' winter holiday; 6 weeks' summer holiday;
4. Medical Insurance provided;
5. 1 year contract at the 1st year.
6. Free Schooling for teachers' kids;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 3-year IB Kindergarten Principal experience;
3. Native English Speaker;

Specific Responsibilities
 PYP Coordinator and general oversight of teaching and learning matters in relation to
staff, students and parents
 Develop whole school learning culture
 Maintain open communication with Kindergarten staff regarding curriculum
 Lead, support and manage the Kindergarten’ curriculum team leaders

Resource Management
 Manage the resource budget for the PYP program communicating with the Vice Principal
, Kindergarten Principal and Head of the Finance as required
 Facilitate the purchase of suitable resources to support the implementation of the program
in consultation with the Vice Principal
 Have an oversight of the integration of digital technologies into the Learning and
Teaching program
 Encourage staff, parents and students to identify people in the community and resources
that can be used to support the program
