1. Responsible for customer development in the Russian market, including identifying new business opportunities and driving new product development.
2. Manage relationships with both new and existing customers, including regular visits and reception of clients.
3. Oversee order execution and ensure timely tracking of progress.
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
5. Assist in managing and executing project-based tasks as required.
