主要职责：
MainResponsibilities:
1. 负责监督和管理ASR、NLU以及其他AI相关技术的数据标注过程，确保⾼质量的数据输出。
1. isresponsibleforoverseeingandmanagingtheDataAnnotationprocessofASR,NLU,and
otherAI-relatedtechnologiestoensurehigh-qualitydataoutput.
2. 与产品经理和技术团队紧密合作，定义并实施最佳实践以提⾼数据质量和效率。
2. CollaboratecloselywithProductManagersandthetechnicalteamtodefineandimplementbestpracticestoimprovedataqualityandefficiency.
3. 制定和完善数据质量管理的标准操作程序(SOP)，包括但不限于语⾳转⽂字、⽂本分类、实体识别等任务。
3. Developandimprovethestandardoperatingprocedures(SOP)fordataquality
management,includingbutnotlimitedtotaskssuchasspeech-to-text,textclassification,
entityrecognition,etc.
4. 对执⾏⼈员进⾏培训和⽀持，保证他们能够准确理解并遵循既定的质量标准。4. TrainandsupporttheimplementerstoensuretheycanaccuratelyunderstandandfollowtheestablishedQualityStandard.
5. 分析数据集的质量问题，提出改进建议，并跟踪改进措施的效果。
5. Analyzethequalityissuesofthedataset,proposeimprovementsuggestions,andtrackthe
effectivenessofimprovementmeasures.
6. 掌握多种⼩语种能⼒优先，特别是古吉拉特语、泰⽶尔语、⻢拉地语、豪萨语和斯⽡西⾥语，在必要时为这些语⾔的数据提供专业的审核和反馈。
6. Proficiencyinmultipleminorlanguagesispreferred,especiallyGujarati,Tamil,Marathi,
Hausa,andSwahili,toprovideprofessionalreviewandfeedbackondataintheselanguages
whennecessary.
