MAJOR POINTS

1. K12 International school in Beijing

2. Teaching grade: Lower grade 1~3

3. 27K-32K before tax

4. Extra house allownce 6500rmb or free dorm room at campus
Note: If choose campus dorm, Utilities fee will be covered by school, the off-campus paid on your own.

5. Free meals on working day

6. Insurance covered

7. Health check for free annually

8. Fully paid summer & winter holidays, which is in total about 10-16 weeks
Note: the final numbers might different based on school calender each year

ESL TEACHER MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Design and follow complete teaching plan
➢ Organize learning material and resources

➢ Maintain an open line of communication with lead teacher to reach academic goals

➢ Create positive and appropriate classroom environment

➢ Provide constructive feedback to lead teacher and administration

➢ Cooperate with administration staff

➢ Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
