1. Manage and expand relationships with distributors and retail partners in German-speaking regions.

2. Discover new business opportunities and drive market expansion to achieve sales targets.

3. Act as the primary contact person for clients, handling inquiries, quotations, orders, and promotional support.

4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts for management.

5. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support product launches and promotional activities.

6. Attend trade shows, distributor meetings, and industry events as needed.

7. Translate documents assigned by superiors.

Skills Required

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Fluent in German (native speaker preferred), and fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).

3. 2-3 years of sales experience (B2B experience preferred, experience in the adult products industry preferred).

4. Excellent ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
