Recruitment Information for Foreign Principal Consultant/Supervisor at a Kindergarten in Dalian

- Position Name: Kindergarten Supervisor/Foreign Principal Consultant (Trainee Development Orientation)

- Core Salary & Benefits: Post-tax monthly salary of 20,000 RMB, accommodation provided, and employee discount for children's school enrollment.

- Target Candidates: Male only; citizens of the UK, the US, Australia, or Canada; age can be appropriately relaxed; must have both kindergarten teaching experience and management experience.

- Core Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Chinese management team in kindergarten operation and management, including foreign teacher team management, education management, and teaching work.

2. Assist the Chinese principal in communicating with parents and maintaining the kindergarten's reputation.

3. Undertake temporary substitute teaching tasks, and serve as an image representative in large-scale events.

- Implicit Requirements: High emotional intelligence, outstanding teaching ability, and good temperament and image (with implicit standards for height and weight).

- Onboarding Time: Available to start work at any time within 2 months.

- Interview Format: Offline interview may be required.
