Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Overseas Business Development Partner to develop and expand shenglipak’s international market presence in the aseptic packaging and liquid food/beverage sectors. This role is suitable for individuals with strong industry knowledge, established local networks, and the ambition to build long-term commercial success through a partner-style collaboration model.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Industry Experience: Background in aseptic packaging (e.g., Tetra Pak, LamiPak, etc.), or experience in procurement/technology roles at major dairy or beverage companies.
• Multinational Client Experience: Has led supply-chain certifications, annual negotiations, or technical audits with global companies such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, etc.
• Technical Understanding: Familiar with composite materials, filling processes, or industry standards.
• Local Resources & Culture: Deep understanding of local business culture, language, and strong network within the food & beverage industry.
• Self-Driven: Highly independent, entrepreneurial mindset, strong motivation to develop the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and manage potential customers in the local market.
• Conduct customer visits and presentations to introduce shenglipak’s product solutions.
• Coordinate sampling, testing, and technical communication with clients.
• Manage business negotiations and drive opportunities toward order conversion.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters on supply, pricing, certification, and regulatory processes.
