It has already established a physical presence in Shenzhen and is currently in the stage of market expansion from 0 to 1.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and market entry in South China.
This is a pioneer role, not a maintenance or account management position. The successful candidate will be the first core BD hire in China, responsible for opening doors, winning clients, and laying the foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition | 新客户开发(核心职责)
• Identify, approach, and acquire high-potential B2B clients across multiple industries
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, and outbound initiatives
• Own the full business development cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• 系统挖掘并开发多行业 B 端客户资源
• 通过人脉拓展、转介绍、行业活动及主动拜访构建高质量销售管道
• 全流程主导业务开发,从潜在客户识别、方案沟通到签约落地

2. Strategic Collaboration | 战略协同
• Work closely with regional and global senior leadership to align BD strategies with overall business goals
• Provide market intelligence, client insights, and strategic recommendations for China go-to-market plans
• 与区域及集团管理层紧密协作,确保业务拓展方向与公司整体战略一致
• 持续输出中国市场洞察与策略建议,协助优化市场进入与增长策略

3. Client Onboarding & Expansion | 客户导入与拓展
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective handover to operations and delivery teams
• Support the design of tailored sales and activation strategies for newly acquired clients
• 确保新客户顺利导入,与运营及交付团队完成高效衔接
• 协助制定符合客户需求的定制化销售与市场激活方案

4. Brand Representation & Relationship Building | 品牌代表与关系管理
• Represent Salesworks Group professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• 作为公司代表出席商务会议、客户洽谈及行业活动,树立专业品牌形象
• 建立并维护与关键决策人及潜在客户的长期合作关系

5. Reporting & Market Intelligence | 汇报与市场分析
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Deliver regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to management
• 负责销售管道管理、业绩预测与数据分析
• 定期向管理层汇报业务进展、问题与机会点

Experience | 工作经验
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Proven ability to build a pipeline and close new B2B clients in China
• Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or startup-style environment is a strong plus
• 5 年以上商务拓展、销售或客户开发经验
• 具备在中国市场成功开发新客户的实际业绩
• 有创业型或高速发展企业经验者优先

Compensation & Working Model
薪酬与工作模式
• Base Salary: RMB 20,000 – 30,000 / month (pre-tax)
• No sales commission
• Annual performance-based bonus, KPI to be jointly defined after onboarding
• 月薪(税前):20,000 – 30,000 人民币
• 不设销售提成
• 年终绩效奖金,KPI 入职后共同制定
