Job Overview: High-level leadership position overseeing the entire academic and operational function of a school or major division. You will set the strategic vision, ensure educational excellence, and lead the community.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Provide overall leadership for the school's academic programs, operational management, and strategic direction.
➢ Develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and strategic plans.
➢ Manage faculty & staff recruitment, development, and performance.
➢ Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and accreditation standards.
➢ Serve as the primary representative of the school to the board, parents, and the wider community.

Requirements:
Native English speaker with a passport from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Ireland
Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field (Doctorate advantageous).
Valid principal certification/license.
8+ years in education with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Division).
