Job Responsibilities:
1. Carry out teaching tasks assigned by the school and be responsible for teaching Physical Education of primary or Middle school;
2. Follow the educational development plans of the group and the school, and actively participate in optimizing teaching plans, curriculum development, and teaching and research activities;
3. Take on the role of homeroom teacher or assistant homeroom teacher as required by the school, actively communicate with students and parents, and genuinely care for and tutor students to improve their academic performance, consolidate teaching results, and create a good learning atmosphere;
4. Collaborate with the campus to manage teaching administrative affairs, student discipline, and accident prevention;
5. Organize and plan large-scale events such as sports meets and campus art festivals according to school and department requirements;
6. Under the guidance of the head of the teaching and research group, the specific implementation of the subject teaching objectives and tasks;
7. Complete student subject assessment and analysis according to departmental requirements;
8. Based on departmental POI curriculum chart and subject curriculum, IB teaching method is used to carry out class teaching;
9. Ensure that the content is relevant to UOI and that students develop the subject competencies needed in inquiry;
10. Complete the relevant teaching work according to the teaching requirements of the department and subject group. For details, see Regular Teaching Management Standards for Primary School;
11. Take the initiative to understand the content of meta-disciplinary inquiry, and cooperate with
UOI teachers to do an excellent job in the integrated teaching of meta-disciplinary courses;
12. Organize class students to participate in various disciplines at all levels and strive to achieve better results;
13. Participate in all kinds of teaching and research meetings and training at all levels to improve their professional quality;
14. Do an excellent job in home-school communication, timely feedback of students' learning
situation;
15. Pay attention to the differentiation of teaching, carry out the work of academic enrichment and remedial support within the class in a planned way;
16. Respect and obey the teaching arrangements of the Department, and contribute to the
sustainable development of the Department;
17. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (major in Education or related subject preferred);
2. With QTS/PGCE/national teaching/TEFL certification;
3. At least 3 years of teaching experience in related fields;
4. IB/international school teaching experience preferred;
