Job Vacancy: English Translator for New Energy Photovoltaic Project Department
Guangzhou Shunxiang Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd. is looking for an English Translator to join our new energy photovoltaic project team, undertaking on-site work in the Philippines.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in project business communication, coordinate the project to manage external public relations in the local area, and be responsible for the connection and maintenance of various local relationships.
Support project contract negotiation, project settlement and other related work.
Undertake translation work covering but not limited to project construction plans, contracts, documents, correspondence, conference affairs, archives, performance evaluation, etc.
Be responsible for interpretation and translation tasks for meetings, business communications and daily coordination.
Translate materials related to the external environment, equipment, materials and cultural environment of the project area.
Handle customs clearance for imported supplies, go through customs clearance procedures, prepare duty-free documents and apply for certificates of conformity for imported project supplies (equipment), and assist the materials department with relevant work.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing of Chinese and English, as well as interpretation and translation skills.
Familiar with professional terminology in the construction industry, especially in the photovoltaic power industry. Candidates with overseas project experience will be preferred.
Rigorous and meticulous in work, earnest and responsible, with strong sense of responsibility and good service awareness.
Recognition of the company culture, good team spirit, strong execution ability, and excellent language organization and internal & external communication and coordination skills.
Good physical condition, able to adapt to business trips and project life, accept overseas assignment to the Philippines and work on the project on a long-term basis.
Salary and Benefits
Annual comprehensive salary: RMB 180,000 - 240,000 (subject to personal qualifications and further negotiation).
Free accommodation and meals (in-house canteen of the project department with meals prepared in reference to domestic flavors).
The company will handle the exit visa, air tickets and work visa for employment in the Philippines.
Employees stationed at the project for six consecutive months are entitled to home leave, with round-trip air tickets reimbursed.
