Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships:As a social expert, wealth advisors need to have excellent interpersonal skills to establish trust relationships with customers and understand their financial situation and needs.

Financial planning and consulting:Provide professional financial planning services for customers, including but not limited to investment planning, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Product recommendation and sales:Based on the financial goals and risk preferences of customers, recommend suitable financial products, including insurance.

Risk quantification and management:Learn the ability of risk quantification to help customers identify, assess and manage investment risks and formulate risk control strategies.

Continuous education and learning:Wealth advisors need to have a strong willingness and ability to learn, constantly update their professional knowledge, including knowledge of financial products, changes in tax laws, economic policies, etc.
