Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for personnel and administrative tasks within the company, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, administration, logistics, and financial reimbursements.
-Complete the promotion and implementation of training projects, which includes participating in the formulation of training plans, executing the training plans, collecting and analyzing training data, and providing feedback on the effectiveness of the training.
-Manage the drafting, formulation, and signing of labor contracts and related agreements.
-Handle procedures for employee hiring, transfer, rewards and punishments, and resignations.
-Improve the company's personnel regulations and policies, and be responsible for properly answering employee inquiries.
-Responsible for cross-departmental communication, coordination, and follow-up, providing administrative support for the business team.
-Other human resources tasks.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above, Japanese and Chinese can be used as working languages.
-Experience required: Over 3 years of work experience in HR and administration, with priority given to those with overseas work and living experience.
-Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, ability to quickly adapt to new environments, and strong stress tolerance.
-High interpersonal sensitivity, strong communication, coordination, and execution abilities, with a team spirit.
-Priority will be given to those with work experience in large Chinese-funded overseas companies.
