We’re looking for a creative and strategic Digital Media Content Strategy & Production Manager to join our team. This person will take the lead in shaping and executing our videographic content strategy, elevating our presence on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, as well as driving engagement on social media platforms such as TikTok and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Strategy & Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive videographic content strategy for use on platforms like Amazon, TikTok, and Facebook.

Collaborate with internal teams to create product demonstration videos, "out-of-the-box" product introductions, and engaging, humorous content for social media.

Plan and manage video shoots, ensuring the final output aligns with brand identity and goals.

Production Management:

Oversee all aspects of video production, including script development, shooting, editing, and post-production.

Work with the in-house design team to repurpose existing assets (photography, illustrations) into dynamic video content.

Team Leadership:

Manage a small team of creatives and production professionals, as well as external vendors when needed.
Provide guidance to our 6-person digital team, enhancing our capabilities in videographic content.

Platform Optimization:

Create and optimize video content for Amazon product listings, ensuring they drive conversions by explaining features, uses, and product benefits.
Develop compelling content strategies for social media, particularly focusing on creating viral, humanized content that resonates with audiences on TikTok and Facebook.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in videography, media production, or content strategy roles.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon and social media channels like TikTok and Facebook.

Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality video content.
Experience in managing the entire video production process from concept to delivery.
Ability to manage a team and collaborate with various departments.
Familiarity with hand and power tool sets or consumer products is a plus.
