5~10 years or more of k12 school principal working experience
master's degree or above

*Job responsibilities are as follows:

I. Educational Leadership and Planning

1. Formulate the educational vision, mission and strategic goals of the school's primary school department to lead the development direction of the school.

2. Design and implement a curriculum system that meets international educational standards and the development characteristics of primary school students to ensure teaching quality and academic level.

3. Promote educational innovation, introduce advanced teaching methods and educational technologies, and stimulate students' interest in learning and creativity.

II. Teaching management

1. Supervise and evaluate the quality of teaching, and ensure that teachers teach according to the syllabus and teaching plan.

2. Organize teacher training and professional development activities to improve teachers' teaching ability and professional literacy.

3. Cooperate with teachers to formulate personalized teaching plans to meet the learning needs of different students.

4. Encourage teachers to carry out teaching research and curriculum development to promote the continuous progress of school education and teaching.

III. Student management

1. Pay attention to students' learning and living conditions, provide necessary support and guidance, and promote students' comprehensive development.

2. Establish a good teacher-student relationship and create a positive, safe and harmonious learning atmosphere.

3. Organize a variety of extracurricular activities and community activities to cultivate students' hobbies and comprehensive quality.

4. Maintain close communication with parents and pay attention to the growth and development of students.

IV. The construction of teachers

1. Recruit, select and retain excellent foreign teachers, and form a team of high-quality teachers.

2. Formulate reasonable remuneration and welfare policies for teachers to improve teachers' job satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Establish a teacher evaluation system to motivate teachers to constantly improve their teaching level and work performance.

4. Promote exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign teachers and create a multicultural teaching environment.

V. School management and operation

1. Responsible for the daily management of the school and ensure the normal operation of the school.

2. Formulate and implement the rules and regulations of the school, and standardize the management behavior of the school.

3. Manage the school's financial budget and ensure the reasonable use of the school's funds.

4. Maintain good communication and cooperation with the school board of directors, Chinese principals and other relevant departments.

VI. International exchange and cooperation

1. Expand international educational resources and establish cooperative relations with foreign schools and educational institutions.

2. Organize students to participate in international exchange activities and academic competitions to enhance the international influence of the school.

3. Introduce international advanced educational concepts and teaching methods to promote the international development of schools.

VII. Community construction and cultural integration

1. Actively participate in the activities of the school's community and establish a good relationship between the school and the community.

VIII. Other responsibilities

1. Complete other tasks assigned by the school board.
